This week we are talking all about support.
Some of the key notes from this weeks video.
– Your participants need support. That might mean support and questions answered through the sales process, tech support using the course, questions about content, or even questions after the course.
While you can outsource some of this, they need some support services.
– Learning isn’t done in isolation. Online courses have a very low completion rate, because the reality of completing something alone is often harder that they think.
Make sure your participants don’t feel alone. You can include a form, a private group, group coaching, one on one calls, or email support to help them along the way.
– If you know that students will get better results with support, then make sure you offer it.
– You want your students to complete your course! It’s better for them, and better for your business.
The more support you can offer them, the more likely they are to complete.
What support do you offer?
