I stumbled across this one at the library and it peaked my interest.
The book takes the time to analyse how different personality types like to think differently and therefor need their work space organised differently.
From the details person, who needs everything organised and in it’s place… to the big picture thinker, who needs space to be creative, needs to see their files and might find colour coding handy.
Funnily enough, I took the personality test in the book, and found that I was exactly 50/50 between two completely opposing personality types… that’s sounds about right… I like to break the rules.
I really enjoyed the way this book made me think more about my work space and what I needed to enable me to get the best results, but also the way it made me think about people who I work with, what they need and what will work best for them.
