1 thing stopping your business from growing

Your business is only as healthy as…

There you go… I said it.

You can have every system, process, tool and template, but while your business revolves around you, it will only ever be as healthy as you are.

You are an asset to your business, but you have to start treating yourself like one.

Now I’m not talking about taking all your time off and sitting on the couch. Business still takes time and effort to build. But you need to fuel your body well, you need to make sure your sleeping and you need to make sure you are focused.

Schedule your time (we spoke about this over the last couple of weeks!) and make time to eat. Make sure you get a good nights sleep each night, and approach your work hours with passion and energy.

You’ll get more done in less time, which is always a good thing, right?!

I’ve just taken back control of my health.

Building a business also seemed to build my waistline.

If you want to take control back too, follow my journey.

How do you look after the most important asset in your business? Do you eat and sleep enough?

  1. I believe in you. You got this. And I love your strategy. Also, thanks for sharing something so personal, I find it inspiring.

  2. My biggest obstacle is doing some sort of regular physical activity. For such a long time I felt like I didn’t have the time, but as soon as I scheduled in time for movement and made it a priority along with all of my other daily tasks, all of a sudden it became easier. Funny that!

P.S. loving the sound of your approach – let me know the name of your FB group so I can check it out 🙂

  3. Sam,
I loved how raw and real this weeks vlog was. Thank you for opening up to us and also making us see business isn’t everything without our own good health.
You have made yourself accountable and that is inspiring in itself. Lean on your support crew for any and all support and encouragement.

  4. Have you ever considered writing an ebook or guest authoring on other
blogs? I have a blog based upon on the same topics you discuss and would
really like to have you share some stories/information. I
know my visitors would enjoy your work. If you’re even remotely interested, feel free
to send me an e mail.
